By accessing or using VynERP, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the software.

2. License Agreement

Vynzio Sdn Bhd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use VynERP for your internal business operations in accordance with these Terms. The license is subject to any applicable fees and conditions outlined in the subscription agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to VynERP or its associated services.
  • You are responsible for the data entered, maintained, and stored within VynERP.

4. Data and Privacy

Vynzio Sdn Bhd is committed to protecting your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how your data is collected, used, and stored. By using VynERP, you consent to data handling as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Support and Maintenance

  • Support for VynERP is available via email at [email protected].
  • Support services include troubleshooting, updates, and maintenance as per the terms of your subscription plan.

6. Fees and Payment

  • Subscription fees must be paid in accordance with the pricing plan you select.
  • Vynzio Sdn Bhd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to VynERP for failure to pay fees on time.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Vynzio Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use VynERP.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription during the last 12 months.

8. Termination

  • Vynzio Sdn Bhd may terminate your access to VynERP if you violate these Terms or fail to meet payment obligations.
  • Upon termination, you are required to stop using VynERP and delete all associated software and data.

9. Updates and Changes

Vynzio Sdn Bhd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided via email or through the VynERP platform. Continued use of VynERP constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
